GONIOMETERS
SCROME aiming goniometers are designed
to measure angles for artillery or infantry placement prior to opening
fire and to monitor deviations produced during firing.
These
devices increase the contribution of optical instrument since they
incorporate the notion of measurement. Their specificity is due to the
fact that the measurements are taken on the ground during firing
operations.
Environmental,
ergonomic and precision requirements are defined in accordance with the
specific scope statement. Fire-induced accelerations do not in any way
alter the accuracy or operation of these goniometers.
